 Our inspect, evaluate & report service is specifically aimed at property buyers who either;
 

  • Require a professional analysis and research report on the property and its location to understand any building, development or council restrictions that may apply

  • Would like assistance and a professional opinion with valuing both the purchase price and achievable rent return

  • Are unable to attend physical onsite inspections due to residing interstate, overseas, or out of town

  • Need an unbiased opinion and a level of assurance that you are making the right decision!

Designed to assist those buyers who have already conducted their own search process and have selected a property, this service includes;

  • Conducting thorough onsite inspections of the target property, or properties.

  • Compiling a detailed list of notes on the property and take unedited photographs

  • Researching and evaluating the property and its location

  • A Suburb & Property Report detailing zoning restrictions and any flooding or council overlays, along with predicted capital growth potential

  • An exhaustive Property Analysis & Comparison Report with photographs including market and rental appraisals and a list of features and limitations

An all-inclusive fixed rate fee of $550.00 (GST Inclusive) applies for this service, and a generous discount is available if you require reports for more than 1 property. Please contact us for more information.

Upon receiving our Report, should you wish to change your mind and take advantage of our upgraded service that includes the negotiate and secure component, we are happy to roll over the payment of this fee into the Inspect, Evaluate, Negotiate & Secure service.
