Prior to listing my home with Mark Gerzanics, I had listed with another agent who didn’t bother to understand my unique situation. They used the same strategy they had used with every other client, and when a quick sale didn’t happen they tried to pressure me into lowering my price!

Mark came up with different views and strategies. With some wise advice and calculated updating and marketing recommendations that didn’t break the bank, we hit my goals. Most importantly, we sold my home for more than my prior agent thought possible.

No two homes are the same and not all situations are alike, and because of Mark’s ability to understand and act upon this he will always be my 1st choice when it comes to selling my home!
